Welcome to the ReelFactory Influencer Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before creating content or promoting any applications through our platform.

1. Program Overview

  • • Participation in the ReelFactory Influencer Program is voluntary and invitation-based
  • • You will receive a branded @reelfactoryai.com email address for professional use
  • • You agree to create authentic, engaging content promoting our partner mobile applications
  • • Compensation is performance-based and subject to our review and approval process

2. Content Creation Guidelines

✅ Required Standards:
  • Create original, high-quality content
  • Follow platform-specific best practices
  • Include proper FTC disclosure (#ad, #sponsored)
  • Use provided campaign briefs and talking points
  • Maintain professional brand representation
  • Post within specified campaign timeframes
❌ Prohibited Activities:
  • Misleading or false claims about apps
  • Copying content from other creators
  • Using fake followers or engagement
  • Promoting competitor applications
  • Violating platform community guidelines
  • Creating content while intoxicated

3. Platform-Specific Requirements

TikTok
  • • Hook viewers in first 3 seconds
  • • Use trending sounds when appropriate
  • • Include app demonstration
  • • Add #ad disclosure clearly visible
Instagram
  • • Use Instagram's branded content tools
  • • Include #sponsored in caption
  • • Tag @reelfactoryai when appropriate
  • • Share to both feed and stories
YouTube
  • • Verbal disclosure at video start
  • • Include link in description
  • • Use YouTube's paid promotion disclosure
  • • Create detailed app walkthrough

4. Compensation and Payments

⚠️ Important Payment Terms
  • Participation does not guarantee payment - All payouts are subject to performance review
  • ReelFactory reserves the right to deny any payouts at our sole discretion
  • Payments are processed monthly for approved campaigns only
  • Minimum payout threshold of $50 must be reached
  • Tax reporting is the influencer's responsibility

5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of your original creative content
  • Campaign Materials: ReelFactory provides campaign briefs, guidelines, and promotional materials for your use
  • App Promotion: You grant ReelFactory permission to share and feature your promotional content
  • Brand Assets: Use of ReelFactory and partner app logos/assets is limited to approved promotional activities

6. FTC Compliance and Legal Requirements

📋 Disclosure Requirements

As a ReelFactory influencer, you must comply with FTC guidelines:

  • Clearly disclose sponsored content using #ad, #sponsored, or "Paid partnership"
  • Place disclosures where they're easily seen (beginning of captions, verbal mentions)
  • Ensure disclosures are platform-appropriate and visible
  • Follow all applicable local and federal advertising laws

7. Account Management and Email Usage

  • Your @reelfactoryai.com email is for professional use related to influencer activities
  • Use this email for social media account registration and verification
  • Check your inbox regularly for campaign updates and verification codes
  • Maintain account security and report any unauthorized access immediately
  • Email forwarding may be monitored for security and support purposes

8. Program Modifications and Termination

ReelFactory Rights:
  • Modify program terms with 30 days notice
  • Suspend or terminate program at any time
  • Remove influencers for terms violations
  • Adjust compensation structures
Influencer Rights:
  • Exit program with 30 days written notice
  • Receive final payment for approved work
  • Retain ownership of original content
  • Request data deletion upon exit

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • ReelFactory collects performance data to track campaign success
  • Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy
  • Email communications may be logged for support purposes
  • You may request data access or deletion as permitted by applicable laws

Agreement and Contact

By participating in the ReelFactory Influencer Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
